Eco / Carbon reduction

The environment is very important to us as a business and personally, we need to reduce the amount of electricity used by our machines and customers. This reduction can be achieved by various means including swapping the power supply for a more efficient model, replacing an old CRT monitor with a new low power TFT.

Carbon reduction can also be achieved by reducing the amount of PC's and servers your business uses. We can provide your business with a carbon reduction plan that will save you money on electricity, allow you to have faster servers and possibly have better reliability.

We now stock Ultra compact, ultra efficient PC's that use very little power compared to higher end models. The units are dual core processors, designed for Windows Vista or Windows 7 and are ideal home entertainment units as they have HDMI sockets built in.

We also stock compatible / re-cycled ink and toner cartridges, these are made from high quality ink (unlike other cheaper options) but are re-filled cartridges, this not only saves you money but also reduces the amount of new original cartridges we have to buy which will cut down the amount made if more people buy them. We have purchased cheaper inks from other suppliers and have tested them, we were not over impressed with them but worse still one of our printers actually died due to poor ink and blocked nozzles.
